Netflix is the biggest and most used online DVD rental provider. This is with good reason. First, they came first and grabbed the majority of the market being the innovator. Also, their marketing of no late fees was just what people were waiting for.
Product Offerings
Netflix has the largest library boasting over 100,000 titles at the time of this writing. They are consistently adding new titles everyday. This includes any movie you could be looking for as well as TV shows. They have started to add Blue Ray and High Def DVDs into their library. Netflix also gives their customers the ability to download certain movies. They are the only major online DVD rental services that provide movie downloads and Netflix says they have more than 12,000 movies and TV shows that you can stream to computer to watch. This is a clear advantage over their competitors.
Service
Being the largest and first has its advantages in service as well. They have more distribution centers than their competitors allowing for 1 to 2 day delivery times. They make it also easy to cancel at anytime online.
